Community Cares has provides diapers, wipes, and personal care items in conjunction with the Kendall County Food Pantry Oswego Satellite on the first Friday of most months. We also also work with SD308 school care closets as needs arise.

Community Cares provides assistance to families experiencing hardship with generous support of our community members. We accept referrals from local schools, townships, and 211. If you have a crisis, feel free to reach out to us at 630.551.8886 or communitycaresgroup@gmail.com to discuss options.
